WHAT WE DO
We help you with all aspects of your diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA) goals. This includes providing training to your personnel and assessing your organization's DEIBA-friendliness.
HOW WE DO IT
We’ll meet with you to discuss your project, expectations, deadlines, and other goals or requirements. The first 30-minute consultation is free!
We’ll generate a plan of work for your project. Once you approve of the plan, we’ll do all the hard work, communicating with you throughout the process.
Once we produce the semi-final training or consultation product, you’ll review it and discuss any concerns with us. We’ll accommodate up to 2 rounds of revisions to your deliverable, as appropriate. Once everything is finalized, we'll provide the final deliverable and perform any follow-up actions according to the plan of work.
